当你选购房子时可请风水师为你做决择,决择的先决条件必须以你的命卦布局来做选择,之后再以男主人的命卦之生气位(祿位)、天医位(健康)、富贵延命位(子孙位也是大财位)、伏位来设计”灶炉 “”大门”“床头”书桌””歺桌””沙发””神台”等的位置, 其余的凶位如五黄是非位、六煞官非位、绝命位及祸害位等一一怎么化解。
居住的房子与办公室之风水有些不一样,一间公司的风水,先化三煞、五黄然后以赚钱、事业成就为标准。而一间家的风水,是以先化三煞、其次化二黑病星、再化五黄是非星,最后化去不正桃花, 以一家和气为设计,和气必生财。家居风水不可以赚大钱来设计, 那随之而来必是不正桃花、疾病、是非、官非。
When you buy a house, you can ask a Feng Shui master to make a decision for you. The prerequisite for the decision must be based on your “life trigram” layout. For a home’s Feng Shui, first resolve the three evils, then resolve the two black sickness stars, then resolve the five yellow conflict stars, and finally resolve improper romance, with family harmony as the design principle, and harmony will naturally generate wealth. Home Feng Shui cannot be designed to make a lot of money; what follows will inevitably be improper romance, disease, conflict, and legal issues.

房子及办公楼前(堂局)一定要清

所谓的堂局就是宅前,也就是房子或办公楼前面位置,在半径之内皆是堂局。常听古人说:前朱雀,便是指此位置。房子及办公楼前一定要清,也就是说不可见有电柱、屋角、煙筒、大楼、庙宇、尖刺物、电房等直射,选吉屋一定要避开这些曜煞物。

水路要曲抱
Watercourses should have a curving embrace
此水路也可指为马路之意或水沟等。曲抱是指环抱形如媚,也表示有情,常听古人说:环抱有情水,便是此意。如果堂前有此环抱水,屋内必出贤良之才。
This watercourse can also refer to a road or a drain, etc. A curving embrace refers to a surrounding, embracing shape like a sash, and also indicates sentimentality. One often hears the ancients say: “Water with a surrounding embrace is sentimental”, which is this meaning. If there is such embracing water in front of the hall, the house will certainly produce virtuous and talented individuals.
水路大忌反弓形
A major taboo is the reverse bow shape
堂前如见水路或马路为反弓形,这称为反背,难聚气,面对反弓有如射来,此屋必杀气重。长期住入此屋或办公楼面对此反弓, 必出忤逆、背情忘义、屋内之人必不讲情,只讲现实,讲利不讲义。长期居住在此屋者家道必渐落而且绝嗣且败财。公司内也永聚不了人才或专才,个个都是想怎样在公司内挖钱财,公司必败。
If a waterway or road in front of a hall is in a reverse bow shape, this is called “reverse back,” which makes it difficult to gather energy. Facing a reverse bow is like facing an arrow shot at you, and the house will have heavy negative energy.Long-term residence in such a house or office building facing this reverse bow will inevitably result in rebellious behavior, betrayal of loyalty, and occupants who are unfeeling, only focusing on reality and profit without righteousness.Those who live in this house for a long time will see their family fortunes gradually decline, their lineage cut off, and their wealth lost.Within a company, talent or specialists will never be retained; everyone will only think about how to extract money from the company, and the company will inevitably fail.
前后之山或高楼不可逼得太近
Mountains or high-rise buildings in front or behind should not be too close
前后如有山丘或高楼大厦,如逼得太近,必伤人丁,易言之,住在屋内或在里面办公的人员,如遇当年运势有刑、冲、不佳者, 必有伤亡之患。记得”以远秀为佳”,后之山丘或高楼离得远, 那你必有好的靠山、贵人助你事业成就。如果前方之山丘或高楼离得远,表示出外必遇贵人指引、扶持而百事顺利。
If there are hills or high-rise buildings in front or behind, and they are too close, it will inevitably harm the occupants, potentially leading to injuries or fatalities for those with unfavorable annual fortunes.Remember that “distance and beauty are best”.If the hill or high-rise building behind is far away, it indicates strong support and noble assistance for career success.If the hill or high-rise building in front is far away, it indicates noble guidance and support when away from home, leading to smooth affairs.
水路大忌直来直去
Water flow's major taboo: going straight in and straight out
Here, water flow refers to roads. If a road rushes straight towards your house or office building, forming a T-shape with the road in front of you, it is a major taboo in Feng Shui. The direct impact is called “blade light and blood shadow” (i.e., a blood light disaster), and the straight road facing your house or office building will inevitably cause financial loss and harm to residents. This formation is only acceptable for temples and those who align with Xuan Kong principles; for all others, it is a major taboo.

以上六点为选购房子或办公室、工厂或办公大楼的忌讳要点,其余忌讳的还有所谓的”天斩煞””镰刀煞””一枪煞””开口煞 “”穿心煞””刺面煞””庙煞””白虎煞””欠阳煞””鬼门煞””蜈蚣煞””天刀煞”
